Use a sanitized brief. Arrange secure access separately if needed; do not send passwords, API keys or customer records in an initial enquiry.
Magento, Hyvä, paid extensions, hosting and external services are obtained separately unless a proposal explicitly includes an applicable cost. Custom development, acceptance, deployment and follow-up support are defined in the project agreement.

Do I need to buy a VeloFront theme first?
No. Share your requirements first. We can discuss adapting Jewelry, Beauty or Clothing, or assess a bespoke Hyvä storefront.
How much does customization cost?
Projects are quoted individually after reviewing the brief and existing installation. The proposal sets out the scope, price, payment terms and schedule before work starts.
Can you work with my checkout or extensions?
We review the specific versions and required behavior before quoting. The proposal identifies supported integrations and staging tests; compatibility with every extension is not assumed.
What is delivered?
The agreed implementation, scoped source changes and English handover notes, with the acceptance tests and deployment assistance stated in the proposal. Third-party component licences continue to apply.
Is custom work included in theme support?
Custom development is quoted separately. The project agreement defines any follow-up support or maintenance; the theme support and update periods do not automatically cover custom work.
