About these terms
These terms cover purchases of VeloFront Jewelry, Beauty and Clothing themes and their stated support and update services. VeloFront is the storefront brand. The legal seller, business address and contact details are published on the Contact page and in the checkout information before an order is accepted. Where a payment provider acts as merchant of record, that provider is identified in the checkout and receipt and its applicable purchase terms also apply.
The product description, order confirmation, applicable component licences, License, Support, Refunds and Privacy pages explain the offer together. Mandatory consumer rights and rights granted directly by an upstream open-source licence take precedence over any conflicting restriction in these terms.
What you purchase
Your order covers the selected VeloFront theme release, its listed supporting components, applicable notices and installation guidance. Prebuilt CSS and source are included as described on the product page. Magento, upstream Hyvä packages, commercial Hyvä Checkout and other paid extensions, hosting, migration and payment-Magento customer accounts are separate unless expressly included in a written offer.
The standard commercial service entitlement covers 1 production Magento installation for one business or client, including its Store Views and associated staging/development copies. It includes 6 months of support and 12 months of access to released updates from the paid order date. Component licences govern software use and redistribution; this service allocation does not override open-source rights.
Prices, payment and acceptance
The product page and checkout show the applicable price, currency and tax information before payment. Provider availability, payment methods and any conversion charges depend on your checkout location and payment provider. An incomplete, cancelled or failed payment does not grant access to paid files.
An order is accepted when the responsible seller or merchant of record confirms it as paid and supplies an order confirmation. A browser return to the VeloFront website alone is not payment confirmation. If a material pricing or availability error prevents acceptance, you will be informed and an already collected payment will be returned through the responsible provider.
Delivery and access
Delivery is digital. After payment confirmation and invoicing, obtain your selected theme through My Downloadable Products in your Magento account. Registration is required for theme orders. No physical product is shipped. Keep receipts and a secure backup of downloaded releases; support and update access are limited to the stated service periods and no perpetual hosting of every historical file is promised.
Do not share private customer-access credentials, update tokens or signed download links. This protects the paid delivery service and does not restrict redistribution permitted by an applicable component licence. If delivery fails, contact support with the order reference and checkout email, without payment credentials.
Your installation
Review requirements before purchase. Back up files and database, use staging, apply current upstream security fixes and check your extensions, taxes, payment, shipping and Store View settings before going live. Demo products, images, descriptions, sizes and retailer policies are illustrative; replace them with accurate information for your business.
The theme does not guarantee a particular performance score, conversion result, search ranking or legal-compliance outcome. Compatibility statements are limited to the documented scope. These statements do not exclude responsibility for a defect or misdescription for which the seller is legally responsible.
Support, updates and optional work
Support and updates follow the Support policy and the periods stated in your order. Custom design, production deployment, data migration and third-party integration work require a separate quote. No automatic renewal or recurring payment is authorised by a standard one-off theme purchase; any future renewal or separately purchased service must show its own price and conditions before you agree.
Refunds and statutory rights
The Refunds policy explains our 30-day commercial request window and how to raise a problem. That window does not shorten rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, undelivered or non-conforming digital content under applicable law. Immediate delivery does not itself remove a consumer withdrawal right: the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation must be obtained where applicable.
Fair use, security and disputes
Use customer-access and support services lawfully. Do not impersonate another buyer, attack services, disclose credentials or submit other people's personal information. Where justified, access may be restricted for fraud or misuse after appropriate notice where practicable. This does not remove mandatory rights or rights already granted under a component licence.
If something is wrong, first contact the published support channel with your order reference and a clear description. We will consider the issue and explain the next steps. You may also use the payment provider's dispute route or any complaint and legal remedies available to you. This policy does not require you to give up mandatory consumer protections or bring a claim exclusively in a foreign court. Applicable law determines the competent courts and remedies available to you.
Changes
The terms and service scope presented when your order was accepted apply to that purchase. Future prices and policies may change for new orders, with an updated effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove purchased service periods, rights already granted by a component licence or mandatory rights.
