Our commercial refund policy
Please review the theme preview, included components and platform requirements before buying. If the supplied product is materially different from its description, cannot be delivered, or has a reproducible in-scope defect that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, you may request a refund. Our commercial request window is 30 calendar days from the paid order date.
This window is an additional commercial policy. It does not limit any longer period or remedy available for faulty, undelivered, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content under applicable law.
Requests we consider
- A documented feature is absent or materially different from the purchased offer.
- The product does not work on the advertised compatible stack and an in-scope defect cannot be remedied reasonably.
- Paid file delivery fails and the seller or responsible provider cannot supply access reasonably.
- The same order was charged twice or a payment error is confirmed.
- Included support is not provided in accordance with the purchased service and the issue remains unresolved after a reasonable opportunity to address it.
For a technical issue, where reasonable, we may first offer a fix, replacement or assistance to restore the advertised functionality. We do not require you to give unrestricted production access or surrender payment credentials to have a request considered. Applicable rights to an immediate refund or other remedies remain unaffected.
Situations not normally covered by this commercial offer
A change of preference, a feature never advertised, lack of the disclosed platform or dependency requirements, inability to perform your own customisations, or a conflict solely caused by an unadvertised third-party integration does not by itself establish entitlement under this commercial defect policy. Separately agreed custom work follows its disclosed contract and applicable rights.
These examples do not override a statutory withdrawal right, rights for misdescription or non-conformity, the payment provider's applicable policy, or any more generous offer expressly made for your order. Downloading a file is not a blanket reason to refuse a valid request.
How to request a refund
Use the published support channel or the refund route shown by your payment provider. Include the order reference, checkout email, purchase date and a concise description. For a technical problem, include the relevant platform versions and reproduction steps, with personal data and secrets removed.
Our initial-response target is 2 business days. A refund assessment or technical investigation may take longer; we will explain what is needed and the next steps. Do not delay exercising a time-sensitive statutory right while waiting for a technical fix.
EU and other mandatory consumer rights
Where applicable, an online consumer purchase can carry a right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right may be lost after supply begins only when the legal conditions are met, including the required prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of the loss of that right and confirmation. Merely accepting general terms, returning to this website or downloading without those safeguards is not treated by this policy as an automatic waiver.
The responsible seller or merchant of record must implement the required information, consent and confirmation in the actual checkout. If you have not validly lost an applicable withdrawal right, you can exercise it through the published contact or provider channel; no particular wording or technical defect is required. Mandatory remedies for non-conforming digital content remain separate from the withdrawal rules.
Processing an approved refund
Approved refunds are processed through the responsible payment provider, normally to the original payment method. The provider and bank determine settlement and display times; we do not promise an instant bank credit. Where applicable law requires a reimbursement deadline or a different remedy, that requirement applies.
The corresponding private download, support and update access may end following a refund or payment reversal, as permitted by law and the applicable terms. Rights already granted directly under an open-source component licence are not retrospectively removed. If a dispute remains unresolved, you may use the payment provider's dispute process and other remedies available to you.
