What the standard purchase includes
A standard theme purchase supplies the selected VeloFront release, its listed supporting components, documentation and applicable copyright and licence notices. You may customise the supplied work and use it in your store subject to each component's applicable licence. You do not need a new VeloFront purchase simply because the included support or update period expires to keep using a lawfully obtained version under its component licences.
Production, staging and development
The standard commercial support and update entitlement covers 1 production Magento installation for one business or client, including the Store Views within that installation and associated staging, testing and development copies. A second independent production project needs its own service entitlement if you want VeloFront support and private update access for that project. Ask about a separate agency or multi-project service offer when needed.
This allocation describes the commercial services supplied with the purchase. It is not an additional deployment restriction on code whose open-source licence permits broader use.
Agencies and client work
An agency or developer may purchase for a named client, customise the storefront and charge for implementation work. Identify the business or client covered by the service entitlement when requesting support. A request to move the customer-access record to the client will be checked against the order; it does not create a second concurrent service entitlement.
Component licences and notices
The delivered package may contain VeloFront-created work and contributions with their own licences and notices, including open-source licences. Those component terms govern copying, modification, distribution and any source or notice obligations. Keep applicable attribution and licence files with copies you distribute.
Nothing on this page re-licenses third-party contributions, claims exclusive ownership of upstream code, or removes rights granted by OSL, AFL, MIT, Apache or any other applicable licence. Redistribution allowed by those licences remains allowed. Any separately identified proprietary contribution remains subject to its stated terms rather than a blanket licence invented by the storefront.
Separate dependencies
Magento, Hyvä dependencies, commercial Hyvä Checkout/UI and third-party extensions or services are obtained under their respective terms. A VeloFront purchase does not supply another vendor's paid licence, account, private source access or support. Obtain only the dependencies and commercial licences actually required by your chosen installation.
Source access and service credentials
Source access for the selected delivered release is included as described on the product page. Private download links, Magento customer accounts, repository credentials and update tokens are access mechanisms for the purchased service; do not share or resell those credentials. This does not restrict your independent rights to redistribute component source when its licence allows it.
Support and updates
The standard service includes 6 months of support and 12 months of access to updates released for the selected theme, starting from the paid order date. Expiry ends the included commercial service period; it does not switch off an existing storefront or revoke rights already granted by a component licence. Renewals, if offered, are optional and their price and scope are shown before purchase.
Brand names and refunds
VeloFront branding identifies this product line. A theme purchase does not make you an authorised VeloFront, Magento, Hyvä or other vendor partner and does not grant rights to misrepresent your work as that vendor's official product.
A refund or reversed payment may end the associated private download, support and update services to the extent permitted by law. It does not retrospectively remove rights granted directly under an applicable open-source licence. Any restrictions concerning separately licensed proprietary material follow that component's applicable terms.
